What Are Maggies?
Maggies are stylish little cases, perfect for a camera, phone, giving gift cards or to keep some goodies together in your purse. She’s quick to make and perfect last minute gifts. Better yet, Maggie is made with two 10″ squares of fabric. She’s great for layer cake cuts and left over pieces.

Maggie Kit #1: Fabric is Fresh Flowers by Deb Strain for Moda.

Our Maggie pattern includes two sizes: large is ideal for a camera or cell phone, small is perfect for giving gift cards and more. I use small Maggies to hold my earbuds, loose change and business cards. A large Maggie is really nice for tea or coffee supplies, a first aid kit and so much more.

Maggie Kit #2: Fabric is Lovely by Sandy Gervais for Moda.

Use Maggie as a camera case and hang the camera strap out the side.

Coffee or tea Maggie: read more about this project by Lish Seem here.

Party Favors:Read more about this project by Barb Watson Albury here.

I’m so lazy, I happily walk through all the fabric scraps that end up on the floor instead of picking them up and putting them in the trash.

  3. Tawny — December 14, 2010 @ 3:17 pm

I’m so lazy that I lay around underneath the Christmas tree while the cat does the wash! :P

I’m so lazy that i’m sitting on the sofa, surfing facebook from my phone and watching the news instead of finishing my sewing projects when there are only a few days left until Christmas! My 6 year old just got glasses and i think this pattern would be a perfect little glasses holder for her. Also, i’m too lazy to capitolize my i’s. =)

I’m so Lazy that I think I’ll make myself a cup of tea, sit in my recliner and read through all my Lazy patterns to make a decision on which one to sew up next…after I rest!

  14. Lindy — December 14, 2010 @ 4:09 pm

I’m so lazy I am just finishing a quilt that was a gift LAST year!

  15. Lizajane — December 14, 2010 @ 4:09 pm

I’m so LAZY that I didn’t realize how lazy & spoiled I was until my Husband of 50 years had a stroke & can no longer do all those fabulous things for me, that I always took for granted. And now regretfully I know I was just too lazy to even say “Thank You”. For which I am so so sorry. NEVER go to bed without saying how much you love your spouse & how thankful you are for all that they do, even if it’s not your way of doing it..
You never know what lies around the bend..
I could use these to say “Thank You” to some very dear Friends who have supported me thru some extremely rough patches lately..

  16. Angie — December 14, 2010 @ 4:15 pm

  45. Lucille Kromholz — December 14, 2010 @ 5:19 pm

I am so lazy that I had eye and eyebrow tatoos so that I don’t have to put on makeup. When I get out of the shower, the pool or wake up in the morning, I already look made up. It also saves me from eyeliner and eyebrow pencil. In the long run I saved myself some $. As you get older the tatoo somewhat fades and it won’t look so bad when I get into the 60s.
