What Are Maggies?
Maggies are stylish little cases, perfect for a camera, phone, giving gift cards or to keep some goodies together in your purse. She’s quick to make and perfect last minute gifts. Better yet, Maggie is made with two 10″ squares of fabric. She’s great for layer cake cuts and left over pieces.

Maggie Kit #1: Fabric is Fresh Flowers by Deb Strain for Moda.

Our Maggie pattern includes two sizes: large is ideal for a camera or cell phone, small is perfect for giving gift cards and more. I use small Maggies to hold my earbuds, loose change and business cards. A large Maggie is really nice for tea or coffee supplies, a first aid kit and so much more.

Maggie Kit #2: Fabric is Lovely by Sandy Gervais for Moda.

Use Maggie as a camera case and hang the camera strap out the side.

I am so lazy that, IF I do not have any appointments, I stay in my PJs and I have a Robot that does my vacuuming and a Slow Cooker that gets my main meal of the day. The entire day is mine to do as I please! LAZY ME!!

  33. Gertrude Ezell — December 13, 2010 @ 10:41 am

“I’m so Lazy…ha, so lazy, that doesn’t work in my house. Between 3 kids, my mom, my grandparents and my brother, bunches of cats, a dog, there is no time to be lazy, let alone go to the potty in peace during the day. So all of my sewing, is done after my kids go to bed, but making things easier and less time consuming is always wonderful!”

  34. Nancy Duke — December 13, 2010 @ 10:41 am

This isn’t lazy you are looking at…this is thinking it through to understand it thoroughly in order to make it more efficiently!

  35. .terri milligan — December 13, 2010 @ 10:41 am

I’am so lazy, that I place my dogs bed next to me, at the sewiing machine, so when I start sewing, i can keep sewing, and they won’t cry for my attention. That way I can keep sewing til I finish my project.. And the house work can wait for another day..

  36. Jane — December 13, 2010 @ 10:42 am

I’m not really lazy, but I do like easy so I can rest more often…

  38. Jason — December 13, 2010 @ 10:45 am

I am so lazy I skipped to the last picture and post to figure out the whole thing was a contest. This is how I read all my who done it books…I figure if it is good for the books, it is good for posting contests. ;0 )

  39. Farah — December 13, 2010 @ 10:45 am

I’m so lazy that i would rather buy pre-cut squares for a quilt than cut my own.

  40. Janette — December 13, 2010 @ 10:48 am

  42. Darlene — December 13, 2010 @ 10:50 am

I’m so lazy that I have yet to put up my Christmas tree, wrap gifts, and bake because I have been making several “Lazy Girl” items for gifts (they are the BEST & EASIEST patterns) as well as some other things created in my quilting room! I know they will LOVE those bags, though, so that is the most important to me:-)

  43. Lisa B. — December 13, 2010 @ 10:50 am
