Love the Miranda Day bag - just finished one for my daughter and now she wants another in the college fabric. One thing I did was put some BLING ! on the purse flap --- she loved it. Also, I put a cellphone pocket highter up on the inside of the bag so she can get to it quicker ---- thought I would drop that little hint. Love the bags.

Hello Joan.

Even though this is the last week of the challenge, thats a great idea. We all have things we will never wear again. If you donate them. they get resold. I am sure to look in my closet for things I am not using. I can think of a pair of leather pants and a leather skirt. I dont know if I can make my self cut them, but I know I cant fit them. I a grandma that still likes her young clothes. But I know I can put the rotary to some of those blouses that wont fit. A great idea, if nothing else I can use some of it for practice fabric for my free motion, and crazy quilting. Then donate it or trash it. But to get more miles out of near antique clothes, fantastic.

Wow, those are beautiful bags! You are surely blessed with a talent for chosing fabrics that work together. I just love those bags! I have a Miranda pattern just waiting to be made. You gave me the nudge that I needed to get started after seeing your bags. Thanks! Keep up the great work, and I will post pix when I get my bag done.

I love the green/white Miranda bag. I am calling it "green". Your talents with color/print are amazing. I could spend hours just browsing and sometimes do. I have made several bags as gifts for the last 3 years and cannot reecall "never" getting a second request.

Hi Judy, The samples shown for Market will be in the fabric company's booths. Check your Market guide when you get to the show. Lazy Girl doesn't have a booth at Market this time. Joan

I love the fabric choices for the Miranda--what a stunning bag. I would pair it with a green outfit, so I guess it's green to me.
